Q: How do I know what size unit I will need?

A: At Heated Self Storage our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be happy to help ascertain what size unit you will require. Our Chart Size page can also be useful.


Q: What do you mean by “Heated Units”?

A: We keep our facility at room temperature all year round.


Q: When signing the lease do we have to commit to a specified amount of time?

A: Our lease agreements are not time specific.


Q: What about security?

A: At Heated Self Storage we have 8 cameras monitoring 24 hours a day with digital backup.


Q: What do I do about insurance?

A: Renting a storage facility is similar to renting a home. Contents are not covered by us. Most Homeowners policies cover belongings while in storage, or your agent will write you a binder while your goods are in storage. Check with your agent to be sure.


Q: What kind of access I will have to my unit?

A: We provide access card that will allow you access 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Each card has identification numbers to track everyone coming and going


Q: What do I do when my personal information changes?

A: It is your responsibility to notify us with a current phone number and address in order for us to stay in contact with you.
