Pre-pay for your storage unit and save. Get half a month’s rent on us.
When you lease a unit at Heated Self Storage and pre-pay for 6 months, you get 1 month (on your 6th month) at 50% off the regular rate. This offer is available on all of our indoor and outdoor units.

Terms and Conditions

• “6 Month Storage Pre-payment offer” cannot be combined with any other offer.
• “6 Month Storage Pre-payment offer” is a prepaid offer and valid at the time of signing our month-to-month rental agreement.
• If you terminate your lease in the sixth month there is no refund offered.
• New unit rentals only. This promotion cannot be carried forward with a unit transfer.
• A one-time $25 administration fee applies per lease.

How It Works

1. Email us your friend´s information: name, phone number, and email address.
2. When your friend contacts us to rent a unit and uses your name as the referral, we will start the process.
3. You will both be eligible for a $50 credit applied to your accounts.

* The $50 credit will be applied to each account once the storage unit is paid in full for a complete month at standard rental rates.
* Both parties must be in good standing to receive the credit.
* The credit has no cash value and will not be credited in the event of an early move-out.
* Credit money cannot be used for merchandise, fees, or any charges other than base rent.
* A one-time $25 administration fee will be applied upon signing.
