How long does it take to sign up for a unit?

Not long at all. From start to finish it takes an average of about 15 minutes. This includes filling out the lease agreement, receiving your PIN code, payment, and a quick tour of our facility ending at your unit. Our goal is to make it easy for you.

Do I need a credit card to reserve a unit?

No. You can reserve a unit for up to 2 business days without a credit card. All we need is your name & phone number to hold a unit. If you are sure you will be taking the unit, then we would need payment to ensure your request is confirmed.

Do I need a credit card to rent a unit?

Technically no, but it makes it easier and gives you peace of mind to make sure your payments are on time each month. We can set up automatic payments that you can cancel or change at any time.

Do you need a security deposit?

No. Only in unique situations do we ask for a security deposit. After all, we know how important your belongings are to you and that you would not risk losing them over a payment issue.

How secure is your facility?

Each person who rents a unit from us is given a PIN or can use the mobile app to enter the building between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM. We also have 24/7 security monitors in key locations inside and out for added peace of mind.

Can everyone access my unit?

No. You are the only one with the key to your unit. Unless you give your key to someone else, not even staff can access your unit.

Can someone I trust access my unit?

Yes. As long as you have provided them with the passcode and the key to your unit. It’s all in your control who can enter your unit.

I noticed a problem, but it’s the weekend. What can I do?

There are emergency/after-hour numbers posted at all exits to the facility. Feel free to call one of the numbers and we will be pleased to look after your concerns.

Do we use our own locks or are they rented too?

The locks you use on your unit are yours. You can bring one with you, or if you don’t have one, you can purchase one from us. Standard 1” locks work well. It’s all up to you.

Can I access my unit on weekends and holidays?

Yes. That is why we provide you with a PIN code to enter the building. This allows you to enter your unit between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM, seven days a week.

Do I need a specific kind of lock?

No. A standard lock with a key or combination will work. A typical lock has a 1” loop. You don’t need a long lock as this may cause you grief.
